Privacy policy

This policy explains what personal data FLOC (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit itsfloc.com, book a call or work with us, and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Who we are

FLOC is a social media and personal-brand agency for doctors and clinics in the UK and US. For any privacy question, email hello@itsfloc.com.

What we collect

• When you book a free audit: your name, email address, the clinic name and social links you enter, and the time you choose. Bookings are handled by Calendly, and the meeting is held on Google Meet.
• When you email us: your email address and whatever you choose to tell us.
• When you become a client: contact and billing details, account access you grant us, and the content we create with you.
• When you browse the site: our host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security. We do not use analytics, advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site.

Please don’t send us patient information. We never need identifiable patient data to run an audit, and any patient content used in marketing is only published with that patient’s written consent, collected by the clinic.

Why we use it

• To run the audit call you booked and follow up on it (steps you asked for, before a contract).
• To deliver and invoice our services if you become a client (contract).
• To keep the site secure and answer your messages (legitimate interests).

We don’t sell your data, and we don’t add you to a mailing list without asking.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run FLOC: Calendly (booking), Google (calendar, Meet and email tools), Hostinger (website hosting and email), and, for clients, the social platforms and tools you ask us to manage. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and a 3D library from jsDelivr, which receive your IP address when the page loads. Some of these providers process data outside the UK/EEA under their own safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

Audit bookings and emails that don’t lead to work: up to 12 months. Client records: for the length of our work together, then up to 6 years for accounting and legal reasons. Server logs: as set by our host, usually a few weeks.

Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under UK GDPR and US state privacy laws), you can ask to see, correct, delete or export your data, or object to how we use it. Email hello@itsfloc.com and we’ll reply within one month. In the UK you can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
